Für unser renommiertes Hotel Lürzerhof in Untertauern suchen wir eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Leitung Front Office (m/w/d). In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselposition sind Sie die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für einen herzlichen, professionellen und reibungslosen Aufenthalt. 1 Leitung Front Office (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für den gesamten Front Office Bereich

* Professionelle Gästebetreuung bei An- und Abreise

* Zimmereinteilung und Zimmerausgabe

* Ansprechpartner für Gästewünsche, Fragen und Beschwerden während des Aufenthalts

* Erstellung und Kontrolle von Endabrechnungen

* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Buchungen sowie Zimmerreservierungen

* Professionelle Abwicklung des E-Mail- und Telefonverkehrs

* Verwaltung und Pflege der Gästedaten

* Unterstützung bei der Freizeitberatung unserer Gäste

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption

* Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Tourismus-, Hotel- oder Gastronomiebereich

* Sicheres, selbstbewusstes und freundliches Auftreten

* Ausgeprägte Gastgeberqualitäten und hervorragende Umgangsformen

* Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den direkten Gästekontakt

* Weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit touristischer Branchen- bzw. Hotelsoftware von Vorteil

* Organisationsstärke und Belastbarkeit

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten
