Das Altstadthotel Wolf-Dietrich ist ein familiengeführtes 4-Sterne-Hotel mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt - in zweiter Generation und nach dem Leitsatz "Wir sind Familie. Wir sind Gastgeber_innen." Unsere Gäste schätzen den herzlichen Empfang, unser regionales, hausgemachtes Frühstück, die kleine Oase mit Pool und Sauna - und dass auch Hunde bei uns willkommen sind.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Leitung Gästeservice (m/w/d) Sie sind Gastgeberin oder Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft und möchten ein Team führen, das Gästen in der Salzburger Altstadt jeden Tag ein Lächeln schenkt? Dann freuen wir uns auf Sie.

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Sie verantworten das Gästeerlebnis an Rezeption und Frühstück: vom ersten Gruß beim Check-in über die Frühstücks.ZEIT bis zur persönlichen Verabschiedung.

* Sie führen 9 Mitarbeitende in Rezeption und Frühstücksservice fachlich und disziplinär, schulen neue Kolleg:innen ein und fördern ein wertschätzendes, familiäres Miteinander.

* Sie organisieren den Tagesablauf zwischen 06:00 und 21:00 Uhr und erstellen Dienst- und Urlaubspläne passend zu Auslastung und Saison.

* Sie setzen Servicestandards, prüfen Abläufe und entwickeln die Qualität gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team laufend weiter.

* Sie lösen Gästeanliegen rasch und souverän und geben Feedback aus dem Gästekontakt an Geschäftsführung sowie Vertrieb & Marketing weiter.

* Sie behalten die Kennzahlen Ihrer Bereiche im Blick und berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung.

* In Stoßzeiten packen Sie an der Rezeption und im Service selbst mit an - Führen durch Vorbild.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie oder Gastronomie, etwa Hotel- und Gastgewerbeassistenz oder Tourismusschule

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung an der Rezeption und/oder im Service - idealerweise in beiden Bereichen

* Erste Führungserfahrung als Team-, Schicht- oder Abteilungsleitung

* Sicherheit in Dienstplanung, Kennzahlen sowie HACCP und Allergenen

* Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch; Italienisch ist von Vorteil

* Eine echte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit: herzlich, ruhig in Stoßzeiten und lösungsorientiert, wenn es einmal nicht rund läuft

* Einen klaren, wertschätzenden Führungsstil und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem Familienbetrieb

* Bereitschaft zu Früh-, Spät- und Wochenenddiensten sowie zu erhöhter Präsenz in Festspielzeit und Advent
