An 28 Standorten und mit rund 650 Mitarbeiter:innen bieten wir ein Umfeld, in dem Sie Verantwortung übernehmen, Prozesse aktiv mitgestalten und die Weiterentwicklung eines erfolgreichen Unternehmens begleiten. 1 Leitung Interne Revision (m/w/x) Unsere Konzernrevision prüft Prozesse, macht Risiken transparent und erstellt Verbesserungsvorschläge. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort in der Wiener Innenstadt suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernehmen und die Interne Revision aktiv weiterentwickeln möchte im Ausmaß von 38,5 Stunden/Woche.

Was Sie in dieser Führungsposition erwartet:

* Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Prüfungs- und Beratungsprojekten in den Geschäftsbereichen Auktion, Handel, Pfand und Service - sowohl in der Zentrale als auch in den Filialen vor Ort

* Überprüfung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit, Gesetzmäßigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit von Geschäftsabläufen

* detaillierte Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Durchführung datenbasierter Analysen mithilfe geeigneter IT-Tools

* Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung geeigneter Prüfungstools in MS Dynamics AX/Evidanza

* Mitarbeit bei Sonderthemen und Projekten

* Erstellung aussagekräftiger Prüfungsberichte inklusive Risikoanalyse und Handlungsempfehlungen

* Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungspotenzialen im internen Kontrollsystem (IKS)

* Mitgestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Richtlinien und Prozessen

* fachliche und disziplinäre Leitung des Teams

Sie überzeugen durch:

* abgeschlossene einschlägige Ausbildung (z. B. Universität, FH, HAK) mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder juristischem Schwerpunkt

* facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Internen Revision oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft

* sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office (Excel und Access); Erfahrung mit MS Dynamics AX/Evidanza von Vorteil

* sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* strukturierte, lösungs- und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Genauigkeit

* Kommunikationsstärke, Integrität und Reisebereitschaft
