Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus dem Bankenumfeld suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für den Bereich Risiko- und Kreditmanagement übernimmt und diesen aktiv weiterentwickelt. 1 Leitung Risiko- und Kreditmanagement (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams

* Verantwortung für die Identifikation, Bewertung, Steuerung und Überwachung wesentlicher Risiken

* Weiterentwicklung bestehender Risikomanagementprozesse, -methoden und -instrumente

* Laufende Überwachung und Beurteilung des Kreditportfolios sowie relevanter Risikokennzahlen

* Steuerung und Begleitung von Engagements in der Intensiv- und Sonderbetreuung

* Beurteilung von Sanierungs- und Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen sowie Begleitung von Problemkreditfällen

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Risikoanalysen, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer und interner Anforderungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, der Geschäftsleitung sowie relevanten externen Ansprechpartner

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches, juristisches oder vergleichbares Studium bzw. eine einschlägige fachliche Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bankenumfeld, idealerweise im Risikomanagement, Kreditrisikomanagement, Kreditgeschäft oder in der Sondergestion

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Beurteilung von Kreditrisiken

* Erfahrung mit Sanierungs-, Restrukturierungs- oder Problemkreditfällen von Vorteil

* Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert; auch erfahrene Spezialist, die den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsrolle anstreben, sind willkommen

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und souveränes Auftreten

Das erwartet Sie

* Verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition mit entsprechendem Gestaltungsspielraum

* Möglichkeit, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln

* Langfristige Perspektive in einem etablierten Bankenumfeld

* Ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 100.000,-. Die konkrete Vergütung richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und bisherigen Berufserfahrung.
