Jouw missie:

Samen met een HRBP word je betrokken bij verschillende aspecten van human resources, om een concrete en leerzame ervaring op te doen. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Deelnemen aan de processen van rekrutering en onboarding (opstellen van vacatures, selecteren van cv's, plannen van interviews, verwelkomen van nieuwe medewerkers).
  • Bijdragen aan de administratieve HR-opvolging: contractbeheer, bijwerken van personeelsdossiers, archivering.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij transversale HR-projecten: performance, opleiding, welzijn, digitalisering, procesverbetering.
  • Meewerken aan de interne HR-communicatie en het verspreiden van de bedrijfswaarden.
  • Een aanspreekpunt zijn voor vragen van medewerkers en HR-informatie doorgeven.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je volgt een opleiding (Bachelor of Master) in Human Resources, Arbeidspsychologie, Management, administratie of een aanverwant domein.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, proactief en hebt een goed contactgevoel.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en toont discretie en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met IT-tools (Office 365) en hebt een goed aanpassingsvermogen.
