Bij Leonidas zoeken we personen met uitstekende sociale vaardigheden, klaar om elke bezoeker een onvergetelijke ervaring te bieden. Als je graag de voorkeuren van onze klanten begrijpt om ze te begeleiden door onze 80 of meer pralines, zal jouw missie zijn om vreugde en geluk te zaaien in de harten van onze klanten.

Uw taken:

  • Hartelijk onze klanten verwelkomen, hen enthousiast informeren over onze producten, en hen met expertise adviseren bij hun aankopen.
  • Een echte ambassadeur worden van het merk Leonidas, door uw diepgaande kennis van onze producten te delen.
  • Magische momenten creëren door onze nieuwste creaties van onze meester-chocolatiers te introduceren.
  • Zorgen voor de tevredenheid van onze klanten, door aandacht te besteden aan hun behoeften en wensen, en kwaliteitsservice te bieden.
  • Een onberispelijke presentatie van onze producten in de etalage garanderen, volgens de richtlijnen van onze marketingafdeling. Leveringen ontvangen en voorraadbeheer. Kassa beheren (registratie, afrekening, bonnetjes overhandigen, kassa tellen en controle op regelmatigheid). Zorgen voor netheid en naleving van winkelprocedures.

Wat we zoeken:

  • Iemand met minimaal een A3-diploma, met ervaring in verkoop. Vaardigheid in cijfers en hoofdrekenen.
  • Behendigheid en snelheid in het uitvoeren van taken. Klant- en commercieel gerichte instelling, in staat om in teamverband te werken.
  • Flexibiliteit om in het weekend en 's avonds te werken.

Talen:

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
