Je bewaakt kwaliteit, doorlooptijden en schadelast en fungeert als sparringpartner voor collega's en stakeholders. - Zelfstandig beheren en afwikkelen van (complexe) letselschadeclaims, inclusief aansprakelijkheidsbeoordeling en schadevaststelling. - Voeren van onderhandelingen met wederpartijen, belangenbehartigers, verzekeraars en medische/juridische experts. - Opstellen en beoordelen van correspondentie, vaststellingsovereenkomsten en dossierdocumentatie. - Coördineren van medische informatie, expertises en re-integratie/arbeidsdeskundige trajecten waar nodig. - Signaleren van fraude-, regres- en subrogatiekansen en borgen van compliance en richtlijnen. - Rapporteren over voortgang, reserves en resultaten; bijdragen aan procesverbetering en kennisdeling. Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden - Ervaring: aantoonbare ervaring met letselschadebehandeling en complexe dossiers. - Juridisch inzicht: kennis van aansprakelijkheidsrecht, schadebegroting en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Communicatie: empathisch, duidelijk en overtuigend in gesprekken en schriftelijke communicatie. - Onderhandeling: resultaatgericht, met oog voor belangen van alle partijen. - Dossier- en stakeholdermanagement: gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en besluitvaardig. - Digital skills: vaardig met schadesystemen en administratieve vastlegging.
