Heb jij ervaring met geestelijke gezondheidszorg en wil je bijdragen aan betere zorg in jouw regio? De drie regioraden van de Dimence zoeken betrokken vrijwillige cliëntenraadsleden in (de regio) Zwolle, Almelo en Deventer , die Dimence, Mindfit óf Jeugd ggz vertegenwoordigen. Als lid van een cliëntenregioraad vertegenwoordig je de belangen van cliënten in jouw regio en werk je samen aan verbetering van de zorg. Jouw ervaringen, inzichten en ideeën maken het verschil. Wat doet een regioraadsraad? - Signaleert wat er speelt onder cliënten in de regio; - Adviseert de organisatie over beleid, kwaliteit en cliëntenervaringen; - Voert overleg met directie, managers, behandelaren en andere raden; - Werkt samen met collega-raadsleden en andere betrokkenen binnen Dimence Groep. Wij zoeken mensen die: - Ervaring hebben als cliënt (of naaste) in de ggz; - Betrokken zijn bij wat er leeft onder cliënten in hun regio; - Willen meedenken over hoe de zorg beter kan; - Goed kunnen luisteren, samenwerken en overleggen; - Vrijwillig 4-6 uur per maand beschikbaar zijn. Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben in een raad - motivatie en betrokkenheid zijn het belangrijkst.
