Bij Prisma vinden we het belangrijk dat cliënten en hun naasten een stem hebben in de keuzes die we maken. Goede gehandicaptenzorg maken we immers samen. Als lid van de Centrale Cliëntenraad (CCR) zorg jij ervoor dat die stem écht wordt gehoord door de Raad van Bestuur. Niet vanaf de zijlijn, maar als volwaardige gesprekspartner. Wil jij jouw ervaring en frisse blik inzetten binnen een warme en betrokken raad? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Jouw rol binnen de CCR Medezeggenschap klinkt misschien officieel, maar betekent vooral dat je samen nadenkt over de zorg van vandaag en morgen. Je denkt actief mee over belangrijke onderwerpen, zoals de kwaliteit van zorg, de toekomst van de organisatie en het welzijn van cliënten. Als lid van de CCR vertegenwoordig je de gezamenlijke belangen van cliënten. Dit vraagt ongeveer 4 uur per maand. Je: - brengt jouw ervaring in en denkt actief en constructief mee over nieuw beleid. - voert regelmatig gesprekken met cliënten of lokale bewonersraden om te horen wat er leeft. - neemt deel aan het CCR overleg, ongeveer één bijeenkomst, vergadering of werkbezoek per maand. Een CCR lid vertelt: "Praten over keuzes die er echt toe doen, dat doe je als lid van de CCR. We werken samen met betrokken mensen in een open sfeer waarin ook veel ruimte is om te lachen!" Wie ben jij? Je bent een betrokken en nieuwsgierig persoon met een warm hart voor de gehandicaptenzorg. Je kijkt verder dan je eigen situatie en denkt in kansen voor het gezamenlijke belang.
