The posting

Vacature: Lid Raad van Toezicht Stichting Schouwburgcomplex Gouda exploiteert zowel de Goudse Schouwburg als Cinema Gouda. Beide uitgaansgelegenheden bieden wekelijks een groot aantal voorstellingen, films en activiteiten voor een divers publiek uit Gouda en omgeving. De Goudse Schouwburg is met ruim 300 theatervoorstellingen per jaar een toonaangevend podium in Nederland en hét Podium van de Stad voor Gouda en omgeving. Cinema Gouda vertoont zeven dagen per week alle grote films in zes zalen. Bovendien vinden in beide gebouwen talloze culturele en commerciële evenementen plaats. De Raad van Toezicht bestaat op dit moment uit vier leden. Gezamenlijk houden zij toezicht op de directeur-bestuurder. De Raad geeft advies bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van het beleid, keurt het strategische langetermijnbeleid, de jaarrekening en de begroting goed en vervult de rol van werkgever van de directeur-bestuurder. De Raad hanteert de Governance Code Cultuur en komt zo vaak als nodig bijeen, maar tenminste vijfmaal per jaar. Voor de vervulling van deze rol is een onkostenvergoeding beschikbaar. Voor onze Raad van Toezicht zijn wij met ingang van 1 januari 2027 op zoek naar een: Lid Raad van Toezicht - cultureel en artistiek profiel Van de leden van de Raad van Toezicht wordt verwacht dat zij: - in staat zijn de visie van de Goudse Schouwburg en Cinema Gouda uit te dragen; - toezicht houden op de uitvoering van de beleidsuitgangspunten van de stichting; - in staat zijn met de andere leden van de Raad als een team samen te werken; - het beleid van de stichting zowel intern als extern uitdragen; - voldoende afstand weten te bewaren tot de organisatie en zich niet richten op de operationele uitvoering; - de balans bewaken tussen kritisch tegenspel en constructieve samenwerking. Ter versterking en aanvulling van de aanwezige competenties is de Raad op zoek naar een lid met: - een creatief en artistiek profiel; - ruime en brede ervaring binnen...
