FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een ervaren operator die klaar is om de volgende stap te zetten in jouw carrière?

  • Heb je al een eerste ervaring in leidinggeven en ben je in staat om een team van medewerkers te motiveren en te begeleiden?
  • Wij zoeken een Lijnverantwoordelijke om 3 productielijnen aan te sturen en te zorgen voor een efficiënte en veilige productie.
  • Je werkt in een dynamisch team van 15-20 medewerkers van verschillende nationaliteiten en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt!
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt. Leidinggevende vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere lijnen tegelijk aan te sturen is belangrijk. Jij bent de schakel die alles doet draaien en zorgt voor een topkwaliteit product.

PROFIEL

  • Je moet 3 lijnen kunnen aansturen.
  • Leiding geven aan een diverse groep medewerker, zowel vaste als tijdelijke medewerkers.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit van het product en de productieprocessen.
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen en storingen, zodat de productie zonder onderbrekingen doorgaat.
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van medewerkers, zodat zij zich kunnen ontwikkelen en het team optimaal presteert.
  • Rapporteren van de productieprestaties en het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de overdracht van de ploegwissel.
