Ben jij graag actief op de werkvloer en haal je energie uit het aansturen van een team? Voor een site in Rumbeke zijn we op zoek naar een meewerkend lijnverantwoordelijke voor de sorteerlijn. In deze gevarieerde functie combineer je leidinggeven met meewerken en zorg je ervoor dat de sorteerlijn dagelijks veilig, vlot en efficiënt draait.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse werking van de sorteerlijn in handen en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot blijft verlopen.
  • Je voert kleine technische interventies uit wanneer nodig en houdt de installatie operationeel.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de gesorteerde materialen correct worden afgevoerd en op de juiste plaats terechtkomen.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt jouw collega's op de werkvloer en helpt nieuwe medewerkers tijdens hun inwerkperiode.
  • Samen met de Production Supervisor volg je de ontwikkeling van je team op en neem je deel aan evaluatiegesprekken.
  • Bij afwezigheden of wijzigingen in de planning overleg je met de productieplanner en steek je zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het sorteerproces en zorgt ervoor dat de veiligheidsregels steeds correct worden toegepast.
  • Daarnaast verwerk je de nodige administratie en neem je deel aan operationele overlegmomenten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar ervaring als operator of in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een productieomgeving. Heb je minder ervaring, maar ben je gemotiveerd en wil je doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende rol? Ook juniorprofielen zijn zeker welkom.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en weet collega's op een positieve manier te begeleiden en te motiveren.
  • Je steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen en werkt actief mee op de werkvloer.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, bewaart het overzicht en blijft rustig, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (05.00 - 13.00 uur en 13.00 - 21.00 uur). Tijdens je opleidingsperiode werk je in de dagploeg.
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en het Frans, zodat je collega's en medewerkers goed kan ondersteunen.
