Jobomschrijving

In deze job als lijnverantwoordelijke in de vaste nacht zal je instaan voor onderstaande taken:

  • de opstart, ombouw en/of afsluit van de lijn en zorgen dat storingen op je lijn vermeden/beperkt worden
  • beheer van afval stromen volgens de GMP-norm
  • vlotte communicatie met de inpakafdeling bij productovergangen, problemen op de lijn, kwaliteitsproblemen
  • melden en rapporteren van alle stilstanden op de lijn
  • uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud op de lijn

  • heeft een opleiding brood – en banketbakkerij of/en ervaring in een industriële omgeving
  • is een gemotiveerde teamspeler en wil bijdragen aan de verdere groei
  • waakt over hygiëne en veiligheid in een voedingsomgeving
  • houdt van een actieve job in een productieomgeving
  • kan een team motiveren en leiden, weet van aanpakken en is flexibel
  • combineert een sterke persoonlijkheid en sociale vaardigheden met resultaatgerichtheid
  • werkt in een nachtregime van 22u tot 6u
