Jobomschrijving

Wil jij de rechterhand van de Teamleider zijn in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving? Dan is dit jouw job!

Je krijgt een loon vanaf €19.92 per uur, maaltijdcheques van €8.00, een jaarbonus tot €1.800 en kans op een vast contract.

Na een interne opleiding (6 maand tot 12 maand) ziet jouw dag als operator er als volgt uit:

  • Beheer de volledige productielijn, van de aanvoer van groenten tot het automatisch stapelen van afgewerkte dozen
  • Stel machines nauwkeurig af om een optimaal rendement en constante kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Los storingen zelfstandig op en schakel de teamleider of techniekers in wanneer nodig.
  • Stem recepten en instellingen af met de teamleider.
  • Voer controles uit op metaaldetectie.
  • Controleer de kwaliteit van het verpakte product (gewicht, bedrukking, folie, dozen, etiketten, …)
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving, ervaring in de voedingssector is een plus.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Kennis van besturingspanelen en het werken met gekoppelde machines is een troef.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands voor een goede interne communicatie.
  • Bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem.
