Ben jij klaar om je mouwen op te rollen en het verschil te maken in een dynamische bakkerijomgeving? Als lijnverantwoordelijke ben jij de motor achter een vlot draaiende productielijnen voor onze sandwiches. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van opstart tot eindproduct en coördineert daarbij de verschillende taken van een productielijn.

Je werkt in een vaste nachtploeg van maandag tot vrijdag en bent altijd thuis in het weekend.

De Functie

  • Je start de productielijn zelfstandig op, bouwt deze om en sluit af, waarbij je zorgt voor een continu verloop en storingen minimaliseert.
  • Je volgt het hele proces van A tot Z en grijpt in bij technische storingen.
  • Je waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne op de werkvloer.
  • Je coördineert de taken op de productielijn en zorgt voor een goeie flow.
  • Je kan terugblikken op een eerdere werkervaring als (proces)operator of verantwoordelijke in een voedings- of productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken. Je bent hands-on en combineert een sterke persoonlijkheid en uitstekende sociale vaardigheden met resultaatgerichtheid.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en technisch inzicht.
  • Basiskennis van computers is een troef.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt in een vaste nachtploeg, van maandag tot vrijdag.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en bent in staat technische storingen (mee) te verhelpen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands.
