Das zeichnet Sie fachlich und persönlich aus

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in der Fleischverarbeitung

· Erfahrung in der Führung von größeren Teams in der Produktion, vorzugsweise in einem interkulturellen Umfeld

· Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden unterschiedlicher Herkunft

· Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

· Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sehen wir als Vorteil

So sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus

· Operative Verantwortung für eine Zerlege-Linie mit bis zu 60 Mitarbeitenden

· Fachliche Führung eines interkulturellen, mehrsprachigen Teams

· Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs (Menge, Qualität, Termine)

· Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes (Schicht- und Pausenplanung, Tagesplanung)

· Laufende Kontrolle der Produktionskennzahlen (Ausschuss, Ausbeute, Leistung)

· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätssicherung, Technik und Produktionsleitung

Gehalt/Lohn

Wir bieten einen wettbewerbsfähigen Lohn, den wir flexibel und fair entsprechend Ihrer Erfahrung, Qualifikation und Verantwortung gestalten. Von Beginn an ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen. Die Einstufung für diese Position erfolgt im Kollektivvertrag Arbeiter im Fleischergewerbe in der Lohngruppe 3.
