Responsabilités et missions

Missions principales :

• Chargement et déchargement des marchandises : Vous serez responsable de charger les marchandises avant le début de la tournée (en respectant l’ordre préétabli) et de décharger les marchandises chez 15 à 20 clients par jour. Vous devrez manipuler les palettes avec soin pour garantir la qualité du service et respecter les normes de sécurité en vigueur.

• Utilisation d’un transpalette électrique : La plupart des marchandises étant transportées sur palettes, vous devrez savoir manœuvrer un transpalette électrique avec précision pour effectuer vos livraisons et enlèvements dans les conditions optimales.

• Respect des tournées planifiées : Vous recevrez un planning quotidien qui vous indiquera les différents points de livraison. Vous devrez respecter l’ordre des livraisons pour garantir la ponctualité et l’efficacité des tournées, en gérant votre temps de manière optimale.

• Contrôle et validation des livraisons : Vous devrez vérifier la conformité des marchandises livrées avec les documents fournis (bons de livraison). Vous serez également chargé de faire signer ces documents par les clients et de rapporter toute anomalie (erreurs de livraison, dommages, etc.) à votre responsable.

• Relation client : En tant que représentant de la société sur le terrain, vous aurez un contact direct avec les clients lors des livraisons. Vous devrez entretenir une relation cordiale et professionnelle, répondre à leurs questions si nécessaire, et remonter les informations importantes à votre hiérarchie.

• Entretien du véhicule : Vous veillerez à maintenir votre véhicule en bon état de fonctionnement. Vous devrez signaler toute panne ou besoin de maintenance à temps, vérifier régulièrement les niveaux de liquides, la pression des pneus, respecter les normes de sécurité et les règles de conduite.

• Respect des règles de sécurité et de circulation : Vous serez tenu de respecter strictement le code de la route ainsi que les réglementations relatives au transport.

• Gestion des imprévus : Sur la route, il peut arriver de rencontrer des imprévus (problèmes de trafic, accès difficile, etc.). Vous devrez faire preuve d'autonomie et de réactivité pour trouver des solutions et garantir la continuité de votre tournée.
