Je coacht en begeleidt medewerkers, bewaakt de pedagogische kwaliteit en zorgt voor een prettige samenwerking binnen het team. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid weten collega's wat er van hen wordt verwacht en voelen zij zich gesteund in hun ontwikkeling. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen leidinggeven en meewerken in de praktijk. Van coachgesprekken en personeelsplanning tot het signaleren van kansen voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de locatie: jij houdt het overzicht en weet wat er speelt. Je bent toegankelijk voor ouders, een vertrouwd gezicht voor kinderen en een verbindende factor binnen het team. In deze veelzijdige functie krijg je volop ruimte om impact te maken. Je bouwt samen met je collega's aan een kwalitatief sterke locatie waar werkplezier, samenwerking en de ontwikkeling van kinderen centraal staan. Iedere dag maak jij het verschil voor medewerkers, ouders én kinderen.
