Voor een opvanglocatie van Gemeente Midden-Drenthe in Beilen zoeken wij een Locatiemedewerker Nacht voor 32 uur per week. Op de locatie wonen ongeveer 90 bewoners, waaronder gezinnen, moeders met kinderen, alleenstaanden en ouderen. De nachten verlopen over het algemeen rustig. Juist voor de momenten waarop er wél iets gebeurt, zoeken we iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat, situaties goed kan inschatten en weet wanneer actie nodig is. Wat bieden wij jou? - een dienstverband via Maandag®; - een salaris tussen de €3000,- en €3500,-; - toeslagen voor nacht-, weekend- en feestdagdiensten; - reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km; - vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering; - pensioenopbouw via Maandag®; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar op basis van 40 uur; - toegang tot trainingen en opleidingen via de Maandag® Academy. Wat je gaat doen Als Locatiemedewerker Nacht zorg je ervoor dat de opvanglocatie gedurende de nacht veilig, rustig en prettig blijft. Tijdens je dienst werk je zelfstandig en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, omwonenden en hulpdiensten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - toezicht houden op de locatie en uitvoeren van controlerondes; - controleren op veiligheid, toegankelijkheid en brandveiligheid; - zelfstandig inschatten en handelen bij incidenten of calamiteiten; - inschakelen van hulpdiensten wanneer dit nodig is; - bewaken van de rust en aanspreken van bewoners wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt; - registreren van bijzonderheden e...
