Als Logistics Planner zorg je dat exportzendingen wereldwijd op tijd en volgens de juiste voorwaarden vertrekken. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en jezelf te ontwikkelen richting een coördinerende rol. Wat ga je doen? Als Logistics Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van internationale exportzendingen. Je coördineert transport naar klanten en internationale locaties en werkt daarbij met externe logistieke partners. Van wegtransport tot zee- en luchtvracht: jij houdt overzicht over de verschillende transportstromen en zorgt dat iedere zending goed wordt geregeld. Internationale verzendingen brengen verschillende voorwaarden met zich mee. Een zending naar Amerika vraagt bijvoorbeeld om andere documentatie en regelgeving dan een transport naar China. Je controleert daarom exportdocumentatie, douaneprocessen en land specifieke eisen. Ook houd je rekening met de voorschriften rondom gevaarlijke goederen. Naast je dagelijkse planning krijg je de mogelijkheid om steeds meer coördinerende werkzaamheden over te nemen van de leidinggevende. Je signaleert knelpunten, neemt beslissingen en komt met verbeteringen. Deze functie past daardoor goed bij een logistiek of supply chain professional die meer variatie zoekt en op termijn wil doorgroeien naar een coördinerende of leidinggevende positie. Jouw werkzaamheden - Plannen en organiseren van internationale exportzendingen naar klanten en locaties wereldwijd; - Coördineren van picking, palletizing en verzending volgens klant- en land specifieke eisen; - Organiseren en opvolgen van weg-, zee- en luchttransport via externe vervoerders; - Bewaken van levertijden en direct handelen bij afwijkingen of vertragingen; - Signaleren van logistieke knelpunten en zelfstandig zoeken na...
