Als Logistics & Procurement Officer zorg je voor een vlotte werking van logistieke diensten zoals print, post, scanning en archivering, en beheer je de dagelijkse samenwerking met verschillende externe leveranciers. Daarnaast ondersteun je aankooptrajecten, volg je contracten, KPI's en SLA's op en zoek je actief naar manieren om processen en kosten te optimaliseren.

Je komt terecht bij een organisatie in de financiële sector, binnen een afdeling die interne klanten ondersteunt op het vlak van onder meer logistiek, aankoop, IT-support, gebouwenbeheer, security en budgetopvolging. Binnen de logistieke en aankoopactiviteiten ligt de nadruk op kwaliteit, kostenefficiëntie en sterke leveranciersrelaties. Bij aankoopbeslissingen staan ook ethisch handelen, eerlijkheid en transparantie centraal.

Omschrijving

Je combineert logistiek, leveranciersbeheer, procurement en contractbeheer:

  • Je coördineert processen rond print, post, scanning en archivering en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je volgt leveranciers op en bewaakt kwaliteit, kosten, KPI's en SLA's.
  • Je analyseert processen en kosten en neemt initiatieven voor optimalisatie en efficiëntie.
  • Je ondersteunt marktanalyses, offertes, aanbestedingen en onderhandelingen met leveranciers.
  • Je beheert leverancierscontracten en ondersteunt interne teams bij contract- en vendor management.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren en oplossen van problemen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers.
  • Je werkt tegelijkertijd graag samen met collega's en andere afdelingen.
  • Je kunt je gemakkelijk aanpassen aan veranderende situaties en prioriteiten.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer je mogelijkheden voor verbetering ziet.
  • Je beschikt over analytisch inzicht.
  • Je kunt onderhandelen en hebt een goed commercieel gevoel.
