Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek Administratief Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen het warehouse, transport, klanten en chauffeurs. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en overzicht verlopen de logistieke processen soepel en ontvangen klanten de service die zij verwachten. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken, controleren en administreren van orders in het Warehouse Management Systeem (WMS). - Controleren van ordergegevens, aantallen en verzendinstructies. - Registreren van gegevens in het WMS en douanesysteem. - Ontvangen en aanmelden van chauffeurs op een professionele en gastvrije manier. - Controleren van rijbewijzen, vergunningen en overige identificatiedocumenten. - Registreren van aankomst- en vertrektijden en overige transportgegevens. - Opstellen en verwerken van logistieke documenten, zoals vrachtbrieven, pakbonnen en facturen. - Uploaden van documenten in het Transport Management Systeem (TMS) van klanten. - Archiveren van orderdocumentatie volgens de geldende richtlijnen. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen van klanten over orders en leveringen. - Afstemmen met de afdelingen Warehouse en Planning om een tijdige verwerking en levering van orders te garanderen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen. - Zorgdragen voor een correcte naleving van v...
