Je zorgt ervoor dat de samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen, het magazijn en externe vervoerders soepel verloopt. Je houdt het overzicht, verwerkt de administratie nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat goederen op de juiste manier en op het juiste moment hun bestemming bereiken.Jouw werkzaamhedenJe bent de verbindende schakel tussen inkoop, verkoop binnendienst en het magazijn;Je organiseert en verwerkt inkomende transporten en onderhoudt contact met vervoerders;Je organiseert uitgaande transporten en stemt deze af met de betrokken afdelingen en vervoerders;Je controleert, verwerkt en begeleidt orders administratief;Je bereidt in overleg met het magazijn aanvul- en bestellijsten voor;Je voert voorraadcontroles uit en helpt bij het analyseren en oplossen van voorraadverschillen;Je verzorgt logistieke documenten en zorgt voor een correcte administratie en archivering;Je bewaakt de voortgang van logistieke processen en signaleert afwijkingen tijdig;Je ondersteunt de verkoop binnendienst waar nodig.
