Voor een internationaal bedrijf in Barendrecht zoeken we een Logistiek Administratief Medewerker die de logistieke administratie nauwkeurig bijhoudt en de goederenstroom ondersteunt. Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen € 2.600 en € 3.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer; - Een 13e maand; - Een jaarlijkse winstuitkering; - Laptop en telefoon van de zaak; - Dagelijks verzorgde lunch en gezellige bedrijfsuitjes. Wat ga je doen als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker - Verwerken van verzenddocumentatie en transportdocumenten voor inbound en outbound zendingen; - Bijhouden van de logistieke administratie in het ERP-systeem; - Ondersteunen bij orderverwerking en het bewaken van de goederenstroom; - Schakelen met vervoerders en interne afdelingen over de status van zendingen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen in de logistieke administratie en doorgeven aan de juiste collega. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker - Een afgeronde opleiding op mbo-niveau, richting logistiek of administratie; - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een logistieke of administratieve rol; - Nauwkeurig in het verwerken van transportdocumenten en verzenddocumentatie; - Stressbestendig en in staat om meerdere zaken tegelijk bij te houden; - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste. Over de organisatie Je komt terecht bij een internationaal bedrijf in Barendrecht dat dagelijks zendingen verzorgt voor klanten verspreid over meerdere landen.
