The posting

In deze functie neem je een centrale plaats in binnen de logistieke administratie en het voorraadbeheer van het warehouse.

Concreet zal je:

  • instaan voor de administratieve opvolging van inkomende en uitgaande goederen;
  • stockage-, handling- en pickingdossiers van A tot Z beheren;
  • voorraadbewegingen controleren en zorgen voor een correcte verwerking van gegevens in de systemen;
  • dossiers rond herlabeling, opstapeling en andere warehouseactiviteiten nauwgezet opvolgen;
  • fungeren als rechtstreeks aanspreekpunt voor klanten rond voorraadbeheer en logistieke dienstverlening;
  • vragen via telefoon en e-mail behandelen en zorgen voor een professionele opvolging van elk dossier;
  • klachten met betrekking tot voorraadverschillen of pickfouten onderzoeken samen met ploegchefs en operationele teams;
  • de kwaliteit van de administratieve processen bewaken en meedenken over verbeteringen;
  • ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en verwerking van warehousefacturatie;
  • gegevens en prestaties controleren zodat facturatie correct en volledig kan worden opgesteld;
  • Excel gebruiken voor controles, stockanalyses en traceringen van goederen.

Voor deze rol als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke omgeving;
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en voelt je goed in een administratieve rol;
  • je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Frans; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt;
  • je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen;
  • repetitieve taken schrikken je niet af en je blijft aandachtig bij detailwerk;
  • je hebt een degelijke kennis van Excel en gebruikt dit graag voor controles en analyses;
  • je bent klantgericht, proactief en denkt mee in oplossingen samen met collega's en leidinggevenden.
