Logistiek administratief medewerker in Culemborg YoungCapital Beschrijving Start als Logistiek administratief medewerker in Culemborg! Werk 32-40 uur overdag bij Supply Chain met uitzicht op een vast contract. Wat ga je doen? Kom werken bij onze afdeling Supply Chain Management in Culemborg en help ons kantoorteam met dagelijkse ondersteunende taken. Je assisteert bij het verwerken van mails, orderwijzigingen in SAP Retail en Excel-rapportages. In de functie van Logistiek administratief medewerker in Culemborg help je het team om de administratieve stroom op orde te houden. Je beheert de centrale admin mailboxen door vragen te beantwoorden, te loggen of door te zetten. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het verplaatsen en aanpassen van orders in SAP Retail en help je bij het bijhouden van standaardrapportages in Excel met formules en draaitabellen. We zoeken een nauwkeurige collega met mbo4-niveau en een goed gevoel voor logistieke processen. Je beschikt over mbo4-werk- en -denkniveau en snapt hoe logistieke processen in elkaar steken, bij voorkeur opgedaan bij een productiebedrijf. Omdat de werkzaamheden herhalend van aard zijn, kun jij uitstekend overzicht bewaren. Je werkt precies en communiceert helder in de Nederlandse taal. Je gaat aan de slag met een contractgarantie van 12 maanden met de intentie tot een vast dienstverband. Je sluit je aan bij een informeel kantoorteam voor 32 tot 40 uur per week overdag. We bieden een prettige werkomgeving waar je goed wordt ingewerkt en de mogelijkheid krijgt om deels vanuit huis te werken.
