Logistiek supervisor met technische achtergrond

Als logistieke supervisor, ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale operationele magazijnwerking. Je zorgt ervoor dat het geplande werk binnen de geplande tijd gefinaliseerd wordt en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de collega’s uit jouw shift.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten en zorgt voor een efficiënte werkverdeling. Je volgt de prestaties van het team op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij operationele problemen en zoekt actief naar oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in de werking van ons automatisch magazijn en andere geautomatiseerde systemen.
  • Je analyseert storingen, identificeert de oorzaak en verhelpt courante technische problemen zelfstandig.
  • Indien nodig, schakel je onze (externe) technieker in om de verliestijden zo minimaal mogelijk te houden.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, orde en netheid in het magazijn.
  • Je werkt operationeel mee en zorgt ervoor dat zendingen correct afgesloten worden.
  • Je houdt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Jouw profiel Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke omgeving en beschikt over een technische achtergrond. Heb je een diploma elektro-mechanica, dan heb je een streepje voor. Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt gestructureerd. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en geeft het goede voorbeeld op vlak van veiligheid, respect en samenwerking. Je bent flexibel, leergierig en bereid om indien nodig van shift te wisselen bij afwezigheid van een andere supervisor. Je bent vertrouwd met courante pc-toepassingen, hebt inzicht in dashboards en leert vlot nieuwe systemen aan.
