Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Logistiek Bediende voor onze klant in Pelt. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en inrichten van innovatieve en duurzame werkomgevingen en kantoormeubilair.

Jouw takenpakket als Logistiek Bediende bestaat uit:

  • Het bieden van allround administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning binnen de logistieke afdeling.
  • Het nauwgezet opvolgen en ondersteunen van de transportplanning en de dagelijkse dispatching.
  • Het fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en het vlot beantwoorden van hun vragen.
  • Het bewaken van de magazijnvoorraden en zorgen voor een vlekkeloze informatiestroom.
  • Het nauw samenwerken en communiceren met de interne chauffeurs en monteurs.
  • Het administratief in goede banen leiden van diverse projecten, gaande van het regelen van vergunningen tot de voorbereidende facturatie.

Profiel

Als Logistiek Bediende herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Ervaring binnen een logistieke of administratieve functie is een mooie troef, maar gemotiveerde starters of schoolverlaters komen zeker ook in aanmerking
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en verliest nooit het overzicht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, servicegericht en je deinst niet terug voor telefonisch klantcontact.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en weet snel te schakelen bij onverwachte situaties of wijzigingen.
  • Je denkt proactief mee in oplossingen en hebt de drive om continu bij te leren.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en kan je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
