Jobomschrijving

  • Als logistiek bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande takenpakket:
  • Je verwerkt dagelijks binnenkomende bestellingen en volgt deze nauwgezet op van A tot Z. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct en volledig in de systemen wordt geregistreerd;
  • Je beheert en actualiseert klant- en artikelgegevens in de systemen, waaronder onder meer prijzen, adressen en andere relevante gegevens;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het Sales Team en zorgt voor een vlotte en duidelijke communicatie met collega’s en klanten;
  • Je volgt de levertermijnen actief op en onderneemt waar nodig actie om ervoor te zorgen dat gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen;
  • Je behandelt klachten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier en volgt hierbij de geldende interne procedures. Je draagt zo bij aan een optimale klanttevredenheid;
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega’s binnen het Order to Cash-team en bent flexibel om, waar nodig en eventueel tijdelijk, ook andere taken op te nemen, bijvoorbeeld binnen masterdata of billing.

Als logistiek bediende beschik je over de onderstaande competenties:

  • Je bent een administratieve allrounder met oog voor detail, bij voorkeur met ervaring binnen een customer service-omgeving;
  • Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans en communiceert vlot in beide talen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bent vlot met digitale tools, webapplicaties en order verwerkende systemen. Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt;
  • Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA: je streeft ernaar om elke klant op een professionele en aangename manier verder te helpen;
  • Je bent communicatief en contactvaardig en voelt je comfortabel in verschillende communicatiekanalen, zoals e-mail, telefoon en online applicaties. Je neemt dan ook met plezier de telefoon op;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en nauwkeurig en weet ook bij drukte en strakke deadlines het overzicht te bewaren en fouten te vermijden;
  • Je bent een goede luisteraar: je stelt de juiste vragen, begrijpt snel wat de klant of gesprekspartner nodig heeft en weet zo tot de kern van een vraag of probleem te komen;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer. Je werkt graag samen, ondersteunt je collega’s en bent flexibel om taken op te nemen naargelang de prioriteiten en noden van de dag.
