Jouw rol & verantwoordelijkheden

- Je zorgt dagelijks voor een vlotte afhandeling van transportopdrachten - Je meldt problemen, vertragingen etc... tijdig aan onze klanten - Je werkt samen met klanten om problemen op een creatieve en efficiënte manier op te lossen - Je gaat actief op zoek naar mogelijkheden om extra kosten te verminderen of te recupereren - Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en de verschillende afdelingen om onze doelen te bereiken

Wie zoeken we?

- Je hebt een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in customer service of de logistieke sector - Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en hebt een stevige kennis van het Frans - Je bent communicatief sterk streeft telkens naar een win-win - Je bent assertief en laat geen kansen liggen - Je bent een echte teamplayer
