Wil jij een logistieke job waar je meer doet dan orders verwerken? Als Logistiek Coördinator regio Brugge word je de schakel tussen productie, chauffeurs, klanten en leveranciers. Je zorgt voor een vlotte goederenstroom, plant transporten in en meer. Dankzij jouw administratieve precisie en communicatievaardigheden loopt het volledige proces op rolletjes.

De functie inhoud Als Logistiek Coördinator regio Brugge ziet je takenpakket er zo uit:

  • Je registreert inkomende goederen, ontvangt pakketten en bereidt retours voor
  • Communicatie met klanten en leveranciers verzorgen
  • Je plant transporten in, stelt chauffeursroutes op en stemt af met leveranciers
  • Instaan voor de orderverwerking en correcte transportdocumentatie bijhouden
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van het volledige serviceproces, inclusief telefonie en dossieropvolging

Als Logistiek Bediende kom je terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking centraal staat en waar je de ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig van slag te gaan, initiatief te nemen en mee te denken over verbeteringen.   • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in logistieke administratie of een sterke affiniteit met de transportwereld
  • Vlot werken met ERP-systemen en allerhande transportdocumenten zoals CMR's en douanedocumenten zijn jouw niet vreemd
  • Je bent uiteraard sterk in planning en organisatie
  • Communicatief sterk in Nederlands, en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in Frans en Engels
