Dit is een gespecialiseerde speler in de import, distributie en productie van bouwmaterialen. Met slechts een handvol concurrenten in België en een sterke focus op automatisering blijft de organisatie efficiënt groeien zonder onnodig complex te worden. Als Logistiek Coördinator word je een cruciale schakel tussen klanten, transporteurs en interne collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten vlot verlopen, kosten onder controle blijven en klanten tijdig beleverd worden.

Jobomschrijving

Je combineert transportplanning, klantencontact en logistieke coördinatie in een dynamische omgeving waar snel schakelen de norm is. Concreet:

  • Je plant dagelijks transporten in en koppelt vrachtwagens aan de juiste orders.
  • Je organiseert nationale en internationale transporten via externe transportpartners.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen snel, correct en efficiënt.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, transporteurs en interne collega's.
  • Je stelt basisoffertes op en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je onderhandelt met bestaande en nieuwe transporteurs over tarieven en transportvoorwaarden.
  • Je denkt actief mee over kostenoptimalisaties en efficiëntere transportstromen.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van transporten en grijpt proactief in wanneer problemen ontstaan.
  • Je werkt met een platform waarop een netwerk van 10 à 15 vaste transporteurs actief is.
  • Je organiseert occasioneel transport via spoor- of watertransport.
  • Je denkt mee na over retourvrachten om lege kilometers te vermijden.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig operationele activiteiten.

Must haves

  • Relevante ervaring binnen transportplanning, logistiek of commerciële binnendienst.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent sterk in onderhandelen, ook in het Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en blijft rustig onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je bent hands-on en springt bij waar nodig.

Nice to haves

  • Goede kennis van Engels.
  • Basiskennis Duits.
  • Ervaring met externe transporteurs en logistieke platformen.
  • Affiniteit met bouwmaterialen, granulaten of bulktransport.
  • Ervaring met kostenoptimalisatie en transportonderhandelingen.
