The posting

Als Logistiek Crossdock Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse crossdockactiviteiten. De focus ligt op een vlotte goederenstroom, waarbij inkomende goederen snel en correct worden gelost, gesorteerd en klaargezet voor verdere distributie.

Je staat in voor volgende taken:

  • Organisatie en aansturing van de dagelijkse crossdockactiviteiten.
  • Coördinatie van de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen en bewaking van deadlines.
  • Begeleiding, coaching en ondersteuning van het crossdockteam, met aandacht voor veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Bewaking van de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen binnen de crossdockomgeving.
  • Identificeren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Opvolging van de operationele prestaties en rapportering aan de Operating Director.
  • Signaleren van problemen en opportuniteiten en meedenken over passende oplossingen.

Binnen deze functie kan je je vinden in onderstaande zaken:

  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met relevante leidinggevende ervaring binnen een magazijnomgeving, idealiter in crossdock.
  • Sterke organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden, met een coachende en motiverende aanpak.
  • Grondige kennis van logistieke processen en systemen, met oog voor optimalisatie.
  • Klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en gedreven, met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig binnen een dynamische omgeving met wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband sterk.
  • Nederlands als moedertaal en een vlotte kennis van Frans en Engels.
