Jobomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor de opmaak van de wekelijkse gedetailleerde inbound planning, dit in overleg met onze aankoop afdeling.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor diverse stakeholders (leverancier, forwarder, douane-agent, …).
  • Afwisselend met 2 collega-planners maak je de dagelijkse outbound planning (BE/NL/DE/FR) op voor de thuisleveringen bij onze eindklanten in België, Nederland, Duitsland en Frankrijk. Hierbij hou je rekening met kosten efficiëntie zonder klantgerichtheid uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je hebt contact met onze showrooms en chauffeurs (telefonisch). Je begeleidt hen in alle mogelijke logistieke vragen m.b.t. de uitlevering van de bestellingen.
  • Binnenkomende vragen los je op met een oplossingsgerichte blik. Je denkt mee, schakelt snel en houdt de klant altijd in het vizier.
  • Je hebt oog voor processen, durft ze kritisch te bekijken en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Stocknauwkeurigheid is voor jou een vanzelfsprekendheid.
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je het team met administratieve taken die bijdragen aan een vlekkeloze werking van onze logistieke afdeling.
  • Je bouwt bruggen tussen logistiek en onze salesafdelingen en zorgt voor een soepele samenwerking.
  • Je bent niet alleen een logistiek talent, maar ook iemand die zin heeft om erin te vliegen!
  • Je beschikt minimum over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Transportplanning heb je al eens van dichtbij meegemaakt - ervaring die je hier volop kan inzetten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan ook je plan trekken in het Engels en Frans. (Duitse kennis is een troef). Je staat namelijk in nauw contact met al onze chauffeurs en showrooms in BE/NL/DE/FR.
  • Je werkt hands-on, gestructureerd en je houdt ervan om problemen op te lossen met een glimlach.
  • Stress? Jij blijft kalm en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken.
  • Met tools zoals WMS en Excel kan je overweg, en je bent leergierig als het op nieuwe systemen aankomt.
  • Zelfstandig werken lukt jou prima, maar je voelt je pas écht in je element als je deel uitmaakt van een hecht team.
  • Een positieve mindset en een flinke portie motivatie maken jou compleet!
