Voor Nice to Meat in Almere zoeken we een Logistiek Manager die overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en zorgt dat de dagelijkse logistiek goed draait. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en stuurt bij waar nodig. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan vandaag en werk je aan structurele verbeteringen in processen, bezetting en werkwijze. Van binnenkomende goederen tot voorraadbeheer, orderpick en transport: jij zorgt dat de logistieke keten klopt. Dit ga je doen Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan logistieke medewerkers, magazijnmedewerkers en chauffeurs. Je zorgt voor een goede bezetting, duidelijke taakverdeling en spreekt medewerkers aan op afspraken, prestaties en werkwijzen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met onder andere: - Het dagelijks bewaken van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen. - Het bewaken van voorraad, houdbaarheid, locaties en voorraadmutaties. - Zorgen dat klantorders compleet, correct en op tijd worden verzameld en verzonden. - Het bewaken van de planning en bijsturen wanneer de operatie daarom vraagt. - Het oplossen en analyseren van afwijkingen en operationele knelpunten. - Het controleren van registraties en administratie in het ERP-systeem. - Het sturen op KPI's zoals leverbetrouwbaarheid, orderfouten, voorraadverschillen, productiviteit en derving. - Het voeren van verzuim-, functionerings- en ontwikkelgesprekken. - Het verder ontwikkelen van medewerkers en verantwoordelijkheden binnen het team. - Het verbeteren van processen, magazijnindeling, automatisering en interne logistiek. - Het bewaken van orde, netheid, veiligheid, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
