Wie ben jij Je bent een herkenbaar gezicht op de vloer: hands-on, communicatief sterk en stressbestendig. Je weet van aanpakken en verliest het overzicht nooit, ook niet op de drukste momenten.

- Minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als (assistent) manager of meewerkend voorman/voorvrouw in een logistieke omgeving of distributiecentrum. - Mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van logistiek of bedrijfskunde. - Je hebt ervaring met WMS-systemen en MS Office. Kennis van verbetermethodieken (zoals Lean) is een grote pre. - Je spreekt de taal van de werkvloer, toont eigenaarschap en bent flexibel (bereidheid om in verschoven diensten of weekenden te werken indien de operatie daarom vraagt).

Wat ga je doen Als Logistiek Manager ben jij de spil op de werkvloer. Je stuurt het logistieke team (binnenkomende/uitgaande goederen, orderpicking en voorraadbeheer) aan en zorgt dat de dagelijkse doelstellingen efficiënt en veilig worden gehaald.

- Je motiveert, begeleidt en ontwikkelt jouw teamleden. Je voert functioneringsgesprekken en zorgt voor een positieve, productieve werksfeer. - Je overziet de dagelijkse operatie, signaleert knelpunten en stuurt direct bij waar nodig om de KPI's (levertijden, kwaliteit en productiviteit) te waarborgen. - Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen om het magazijn nóg slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. - Je maakt de personeelsplanningen en zorgt voor een correcte registratie in het Warehouse Managemen
