Je werkt nauw samen met een team van 5 tot 15 collega's, verdeelt taken en houdt de planning in de gaten. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alles veilig en efficiënt gebeurt. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Collega's begeleiden en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen zijn taken kent - Werkzaamheden verdelen, voortgang monitoren en bijsturen waar nodig - Actief deelnemen aan orderpicken, daghandel en expeditie - Knelpunten signaleren, problemen oplossen en nadenken over procesverbeteringen - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkplek, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en productiviteit Je hebt de keuze om in de dagploeg of laadploeg te werken. - Dagploeg: maandag tot en met vrijdag van 06:00 tot 15:00 uur en af en toe op zaterdag - Laadploeg: maandag tot en met vrijdag van 12:00 tot 21:00 uur en wisselend op zaterdag Al meer dan 140 jaar brengt dit bedrijf mensen en planten samen. Vanuit een moderne logistieke omgeving wordt dagelijks een breed assortiment kamer- en tuinplanten geleverd aan grote retailers in heel Europa.
