Ben jij klaar voor een gevarieerde logistieke rol met fantastische arbeidsvoorwaarden? Als logistiek medewerker in Nieuwegein zorg je dat elke klantbestelling op rolletjes loopt. Je lost zendingen van leveranciers, controleert pakbonnen en verwerkt inkomende goederen. Met behulp van een elektrische pallettruck (EPT) of reachtruck verzamel je orders via picklijsten. Vervolgens verpak je de artikelen nauwkeurig en laad je de trailers vol voor verzending. Zo houd je de goederenstroom optimaal op orde. Je bent een echte aanpakker met mbo-werk- en -denkniveau die graag samenwerkt. Binnen de organisatie werk je nauw samen met zeventien gedreven collega's. Ervaring binnen de logistiek is een pluspunt, maar je positieve instelling en energieke drive zijn het belangrijkst. Samen met je team waarborg je een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving. Je schakelt snel, denkt in oplossingen en stroopt je mouwen op wanneer dat nodig is. Je komt terecht bij een betrokken familiebedrijf waar korte lijnen en werkplezier centraal staan. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een informele en open werksfeer. De deur van de directeur staat altijd open voor nieuwe ideeën en verbeterpunten. Naast het werk worden er regelmatig gezellige activiteiten georganiseerd, zoals een jaarlijkse zomerbarbecue en uitdagende teamuitjes. Op vrijdag eindigt je werkdag al om 16.00 uur, waarna je (geheel vrijblijvend) kunt aansluiten bij de borrel in de eigen kroeg van het pand.
