Vanuit onze vestiging in Waalwijk bezoek je zorginstellingen in de regio en zorg je ervoor dat hulpmiddelen veilig, gebruiksklaar en afgestemd op de behoeften van de gebruikers zijn. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet flexibel om te gaan met onverwachte situaties. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen cliënten rekenen op de juiste ondersteuning en zorgmedewerkers op een soepel verloop van hun werkzaamheden. Wat je gaat doen: - laden en lossen: je begint je dag met het inladen van hulpmiddelen in jouw bus en zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voor de route; - leveren en installeren: je levert hulpmiddelen af bij zorginstellingen, monteert en stelt deze af op de behoeften van de gebruiker; - uitleg geven: je informeert zorgprofessionals duidelijk over het gebruik van de hulpmiddelen; - ophalen en controleren: je haalt hulpmiddelen op, controleert deze op beschadigingen en meldt bijzonderheden; - administratie bijhouden: je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in onze systemen, zodat alles goed gedocumenteerd is.
