Lees snel verder! Over het werk Als logistiek medewerker ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks picken van ongeveer 2.500 regels voor de productie. Je levert de goederen meerdere keren per dag via rolkooien af bij de juiste afdeling. In deze rol als logistiek medewerker werk je fulltime, 38 uur per week, volgens een vast rooster. Je krijgt volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen, want je wordt opgeleid tot allround logistiek medewerker. Je start met een basistaak op goederenontvangst, order pick of parts packing, maar je ondersteunt ook andere afdelingen wanneer dat nodig is. Heb je de ambitie om door te groeien? Er zijn diverse doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf en je krijgt de kans om extra trainingen te volgen. Je start je werkdag met een teamoverleg waarbij de taken worden verdeeld. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met je hoofdtaak: bijvoorbeeld het ontvangen van goederen, het orderpicken of het verpakken van onderdelen. De logistiek medewerker werkt nauw samen met het team en onderhoudt korte lijntjes met de leidinggevende, zodat alles soepel verloopt. Gedurende de dag wissel je tussen afdelingen om het werk divers en uitdagend te houden. Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en nauwkeurige goederenstroom en je denkt mee in oplossingen wanneer er knelpunten zijn.
