Dan is deze functie als logistiek medewerker mengafdeling iets voor jou! Over het werk Als logistiek medewerker mengafdeling werk je in een moderne productieomgeving waar dagelijks grote volumes eierproducten worden verwerkt. Je vervult een gecombineerde rol waarin logistieke werkzaamheden en werkzaamheden op de mengafdeling samenkomen. Hierdoor ben je van begin tot eind betrokken bij het productieproces en speel je een belangrijke rol in de continuïteit en kwaliteit van het werk. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle producten en grondstoffen die nodig zijn voor de recepten tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Big bags met grondstoffen takel je naar de juiste positie, je leegt deze veilig in de machines en bewaakt dat alles continu aangevuld blijft. Lege big bags haal je weer naar beneden en vervang je direct zodat het proces ongestoord door kan lopen. Tijdens het mengproces controleer je of het recept correct wordt uitgevoerd en of het eindproduct voldoet aan de vastgestelde kwaliteitseisen. Je houdt het proces scherp in de gaten en signaleert afwijkingen in kwaliteit of uitvoering. Deze bevindingen leg je vast zodat de betrouwbaarheid van het productieproces gewaarborgd blijft. Naast het operationele werk ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve vastlegging van je werkzaamheden. Je registreert welke producten zijn gebruikt, welke grondstoffen zijn aangevuld en welke acties zijn uitgevoerd. Hiermee zorg je voor overzicht en traceerbaarheid binnen het proces. Binnen de logistieke werkzaamheden ondersteun je bij het intern verplaatsen van goederen, het verzendklaar maken van product...
