Als orderplanner breng je structuur in de dynamiek en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Zo draag je direct bij aan een soepel proces én tevreden klanten. Wat ga je doen? Als orderplanner ben jij de spil tussen voorraad, orderpickers en vertrekkende vrachtwagens. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste orders op het juiste moment worden uitgezet, zodat onze orderpickers efficiënt te werk kunnen gaan en de vrachtwagens op tijd vertrekken. Het werk is dynamisch. De voorraad komt laat binnen vanwege de versheid van onze producten. Dat betekent dat jij continu het overzicht moet bewaren tussen wat er binnenkomt, wat er gepickt moet worden en wanneer alles de deur uit moet. Dankzij jouw planning en overzicht komen onze verse producten met de hoogst mogelijke kwaliteit bij de klanten aan. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Het voorbereiden van de dag aan de hand van binnengekomen orders, personeelsbezetting en vertrektijden; - Het verzorgen van vrachtdocumenten en de juiste labeling voor uitgaande leveringen; - Het uitvoeren van controles op uitgaande leveringen, zodat alles compleet en correct de deur uitgaat; - Het registreren en beheren van emballagestromen; - Het helpen van afhaalklanten en zorgen voor een correcte en vlotte afhandeling; - Je houdt nauw contact met de Logistiek Teamleiders over bijzonderheden, knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden; - Je denkt actief mee over procesverbetering binnen de logistieke planning.
