Jij zorgt ervoor dat internationale exportzendingen vlekkeloos verlopen. Je bent de spil tussen productie, magazijn, transporteurs en klanten. Je regelt dat producten wereldwijd correct, efficiënt en op tijd aankomen. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en werkt samen in een informeel team. Op een werkdag plan en organiseer jij uitgaande zendingen. Je stemt warehouseactiviteiten af, zoals picking en palletiseren. Je schakelt met transporteurs voor weg-, zee- en luchttransport. Je bewaakt levertijden, past planningen aan als dat nodig is en lost knelpunten snel op. Ook regel je retourzendingen en claims. Je houdt alles administratief bij in het ERP-systeem en blijft op de hoogte van exportregels en douanezaken. Deze functie past perfect als je graag regelt, schakelt en overzicht houdt. Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol. Er is veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en je werkt in een internationale omgeving.
