Wil jij als Logistiek Planner de regie voeren over internationale exportzendingen en ervoor zorgen dat producten wereldwijd correct, efficiënt en tijdig hun bestemming bereiken? Lees dan snel verder! Fenzi AGT (Advanced Glass Technologies) in Maastricht is een toonaangevende speler in de wereld van glasverwerking. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en produceren van geavanceerde glasmaterialen, zoals glasverfpasta’s en geleidende inkten, die wereldwijd worden toegepast in de auto-industrie, elektronica, keramiek en huishoudelijke apparaten. Sinds februari 2022 maakt Fenzi AGT onderdeel uit van de Fenzi Group, een Italiaanse multinational die zich volledig richt op de glasindustrie. Met ongeveer 200 medewerkers in Maastricht, verdeeld over afdelingen zoals productie, R&D, supply chain, verkoop en HR, biedt Fenzi AGT een dynamische werkomgeving waarin innovatie en duurzaamheid centraal staan. Wie zoeken we? Je bent een proactieve en georganiseerde professional die energie krijgt van het soepel laten verlopen van logistieke processen. Je houdt van aanpakken, schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende partijen en weet daarbij zowel de details als het grotere geheel in het oog te houden. Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is handig meegenomen. Verder neem jij mee: HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van logistiek, supply chain of een vergelijkbare opleiding. Aantoonbare ervaring in transportplanning, exportlogistiek of supply chain. Een proactieve instelling en de drive om zaken echt voor elkaar te krijgen. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift. Een scherp oog voor detail, zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Kennis van exportdocumentatie, douaneprocessen en het vervoer van gevaarlijke goederen. Leergierigheid, initiatief en de ambitie om jezelf op langere termijn verder te ontwikkelen richting een coördinerende of leidinggevende positie. Wat bieden wij je? Direct contract via Fenzi AGT. Een bruto

Functieomschrijving Je plant en organiseert internationale uitgaande zendingen naar klanten en Fenzi-locaties wereldwijd. Je coördineert de warehouseactiviteiten rondom picking, palletizing en verzending, afgestemd op klant- en landspecifieke eisen. Je regelt en stuurt weg-, zee- en luchttransporten aan en onderhoudt nauw contact met externe logistieke partners. Je bewaakt levertijden en transportplanning en grijpt proactief in wanneer afwijkingen dreigen. Je signaleert logistieke knelpunten en komt snel en doelgericht met passende oplossingen. Je coördineert retourzendingen en claimafhandelingen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van A tot Z. Je verwerkt en monitort zendingen administratief en houdt de logistieke gegevens in het ERP-systeem actueel. Je houdt je kennis up-to-date op het gebied van exportwetgeving, douaneregels en het transport van gevaarlijke goederen.
