Ben jij een logistiek planner met kennis van Inbound en/of Outbound en internationale transportplanning? Wil je werken in een dynamische logistieke en supply chain omgeving waarin je niet alleen plant, maar ook logistieke processen verbetert? Dan is deze functie bij Topbrands iets voor jou. Als ervaren Logistiek Planner ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons logistieke team. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte transportplanning, schakelt dagelijks met interne en externe stakeholders en denkt actief mee over hoe onze logistieke processen slimmer en efficiënter ingericht kunnen worden. Wat ga je doen? Als ervaren Logistiek Planner ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de verwerking en transportplanning van alle (inter)nationale transportopdrachten, zowel Inbound als Outbound. Je schakelt dagelijks met interne afdelingen en vervoerders en zorgt ervoor dat goederenstromen soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Zelfstandig plannen en coördineren van nationale en internationale transportopdrachten en het selecteren van geschikte vervoerders - Afstemmen van logistieke processen met Sales, Inkoop, Warehouse en externe transportpartners - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij verstoringen en het snel bijsturen van planningen - Monitoren van prestaties aan de hand van dashboards en rapportages - Signaleren, analyseren en structureel oplossen van terugkerende knelpunten binnen de logistieke processen - Uitvoeren en controleren van administratieve werkzaamheden, waaronder facturatievoorbereiding en transportdocumentatie Je maakt deel uit van het logistieke team, bestaande uit 8 planners en rapporteert aan de Teamlead Inbound, Outbound & Repack.
