Vanuit hun hoofdkantoor regio Kortrijk staan dagelijks 25 enthousiaste medewerkers klaar om onze klanten te adviseren en te inspireren. Daarom zijn ze op zoek naar een Logistiek Planner die houdt van structuur, uitdaging en teamwork.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De planning van transporten opmaken en coördineren, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
  • Leveringen uit Italië en Spanje beheren en opvolgen, rekening houdend met de noden van klanten en de commerciële binnendienst.
  • Het contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, logistieke partners en klanten om de continuïteit te verzekeren.
  • Transportdocumenten opmaken, controleren en verwerken met oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Bij drukke momenten spring je met plezier bij in de commerciële binnendienst of ontvang je bezoekers in de showroom.
  • Werken op zaterdagvoormiddag is voor jou geen probleem, je houdt van afwisseling en dynamiek in je werkdag.
  • Taalsterk in Nederlands, Frans en Engels; kennis van Italiaans of Spaans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Vlot met MS Office (vooral Excel), cijfers en planningen hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Commercieel en klantgericht, een echte problem solver die graag puzzelt tot alles perfect in elkaar past.
  • Proactief, flexibel en stressbestendig, je behoudt overzicht, zelfs als het even druk wordt.
