Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je nauwkeurig en houd je van afwisseling? Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Logistiek & Retouren medewerker die zorgt voor een soepel verloop van logistieke processen, voorraadbeheer en retourafhandeling. In deze afwisselende functie werk je samen met verschillende afdelingen en krijg je verantwoordelijkheid binnen een internationale organisatie.

Wat ga je doen? Afdeling Logistiek:

- Monitoren en verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen (orderpicking en boekingen); - Opstellen van verzenddocumentatie, zoals facturen en paklijsten; - Bewaken van de orderstroom en verzorgen van facturatie; - Verwerken van voorraadmutaties in het systeem, waaronder het verplaatsen van voorraad naar assemblage en terug; - Aanleveren van documentatie voor audits; - Beheren van voorraadtellingen; - Oplossen van transportgerelateerde vraagstukken; - Ondersteunen van de afdelingen Sales, IT en Finance.

Afdelingen Inkoop en Retouren:

- Aanmaken van inkooporders in het systeem; - Behandelen van de retouraanvragen via telefoon, e-mail en online tools; - Beoordelen van retouraanvragen in overleg met technische, sales- en productteams; - Bewaken van statusupdates en garantiebeoordelingen; - Verzorgen van de retourenadministratie.
