Nieuwe collecties komen binnen, bestellingen voor de webshop moeten de deur uit en winkels wachten op hun voorraad. Als teamleider logistiek zorg jij dat al deze goederenstromen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je houdt overzicht, verdeelt het werk en zorgt dat jouw ploeg precies weet waar de prioriteiten liggen. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan 15 tot 30 medewerkers. Daarbij gaat het niet alleen om plannen en aansturen. Je bent betrokken bij jouw team, voert gesprekken en helpt medewerkers zich verder te ontwikkelen. Samen werk je aan een veilige, prettige en efficiënte werkomgeving. Ook buiten de dagelijkse operatie kijk je vooruit. Met jouw kennis van Lean herken je mogelijkheden om processen slimmer in te richten. Je analyseert de werkwijze, bespreekt verbeteringen en zet deze om in concrete acties. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Logistiek Manager, andere teamleiders en verschillende afdelingen. Een aantal van jouw werkzaamheden: - Je maakt de planning en verdeelt het werk binnen jouw ploeg; - Je stuurt dagelijks een team van 15 tot 30 medewerkers aan; - Je bewaakt inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen en houdt de administratie bij; - Je verbetert logistieke processen en benut de beschikbare magazijnruimte zo efficiënt mogelijk; - Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en de geldende Arbo- en milieuvoorschriften. Je werkt fulltime in twee wisselende diensten. De ene week werk je van 06.00 tot 14.30 uur en de andere week van 09.30 tot 18.00 uur. Wat vragen we van je? Je hebt al de nodige ervaring binnen de logistiek en weet hoe je een team duidelijk én prettig aanstuurt. Ook tijdens drukke momenten houd je overzicht en stel je de juiste prioriteiten.
