The posting

Voor een stabiele en groeiende productieorganisatie in Groot-Bijgaarden zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek Verantwoordelijke. In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte planning, een nauwkeurig voorraadbeheer en een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende interne en externe partijen.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manufacturing Manager en werkt grotendeels zelfstandig binnen een dynamische omgeving.

Het takenpakket van Logistiek Verantwoordelijke:

Als Logistiek Verantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en optimaliseren van de logistieke en productiegerelateerde processen. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Opstellen van de productie- en magazijnplanning op basis van input van filialen en klanten
  • Ingeven en onderhouden van forecasts in het IT-systeem om tijdige bevoorrading te garanderen
  • Afstemmen van productieprioriteiten met de supervisor van de productieafdeling
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van transporten naar filialen en klanten
  • Beheren en tijdig aanvullen van de onderdelenvoorraad in samenwerking met aankoop
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van magazijnmedewerkers
  • Opmaken en controleren van transportdocumenten en afstemming met transportfirma's
  • Opvolgen en corrigeren van inventarissen in samenwerking met boekhouding
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van productie- en werkorders
  • Voorbereiden van facturatie voor filialen (verzendnota's en transportdocumenten)
  • Aanmaken en opvolgen van productieorders
  • Voorraadbeheer volgens het FIFO-principe en opvolging van verouderde stock
  • Verwerken van materiaalaanvragen voor techniekers

Het profiel van Logistiek Verantwoordelijke:

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige logistieke functie
  • Secundair diploma in transport, logistiek, supply chain of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Frans; Engels is een plus
  • Vlotte IT-kennis (MS Office); ervaring met ERP-systemen is een meerwaarde
  • Heftruckattest is een pluspunt
  • Teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Administratief sterk en organisatorisch vaardig
  • Technische basiskennis
  • Flexibel, klantgericht en in staat prioriteiten te stellen
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor kwaliteit
