Voor een innovatieve en groeiende productieomgeving zoeken we een Logistiek Coördinator die de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten in goede banen leidt en een sleutelrol opneemt in kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.

Als Logistiek Coördinator ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen productie, logistiek en kwaliteit. Je zorgt ervoor dat afgewerkte producten correct worden opgeslagen, gecontroleerd en tijdig vertrekken naar klanten.

Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent, technische kennis en hands-on aanpak verlopen logistieke processen veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers, middelen en processen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Coördinatie van logistieke processen

  • Dagelijks de logistieke activiteiten organiseren en coördineren binnen de stock- en laadzone
  • De planning van uitgaande vrachten bewaken en zorgen voor een vlotte uitvoering
  • Laad- en losactiviteiten opvolgen en ingrijpen wanneer nodig
  • De efficiëntie van de logistieke flow bewaken en actief meedenken over verbeteringen

Kwaliteitscontrole en opvolging

  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op afgewerkte producten voor stockage en uitlevering
  • Afwijkingen signaleren en corrigerende acties opvolgen
  • Samen met de kwaliteitsdienst zorgen voor een correcte opvolging van eventuele herstellingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan het behouden van hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden

Veiligheid en terreinbeheer

  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werkvloer
  • Orde, netheid en veiligheid op het terrein, in de magazijnen en op de stockplaatsen bewaken
  • Ervoor zorgen dat procedures correct worden toegepast en nageleefd

Beheer van logistieke middelen

  • Dagelijks het rollend materieel opvolgen
  • Onderhoudsbehoeften en veiligheidsaspecten bewaken
  • Ervoor zorgen dat beschikbare middelen optimaal worden ingezet

People management

  • Medewerkers binnen de logistieke afdeling ondersteunen en motiveren
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie en een positieve samenwerking op de werkvloer
  • Verantwoordelijkheid, betrokkenheid en teamspirit stimuleren
  • Aanspreekpunt voor collega's en bijdragen aan een aangename werksfeer
  • Als natuurlijke organisator neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid en ben je aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Technisch inzicht combineer je met een sterke peoplegerichte aanpak.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een technisch diploma of relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, productie of bouwgerelateerde omgevingen.
  • Ervaring met logistieke processen, goederenontvangst en kwaliteitscontroles is een meerwaarde.
  • Een geldig heftruckattest en rolbrugattest is een must.
  • Nederlands heb je onder de knie. Je hebt een goede kennis van Frans en/of Engels.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn een plus.
  • Je hebt leiderschapspotentieel en het vermogen om medewerkers te coachen en aan te sturen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zijn je troeven.
